The BGcore group organises a course for single cell RNAseq data analysis. The Course will be held at Molecular Biotechnology Center (MBC) in Torino. The course is sponsored by Euroclone/10XGenomics and supported by BITS (Italian Society of Bioinformatics), Elixir Italy, HPC4AI project and InfoLife lab (CINI).
