Activities

Our group is involved in tools development and data analysis for transcriptomics and genomics data. Nowadays, we are deeply involved in single cell tools development and data analysis. We have founded a bioinformatics community devoted to the development of bioinformatics instruments providing reproducibility both at functional and computational level. We provide support to research laboratories for the generation and analysis of transcriptomics and genomics data. Furthermore, we run basic and advanced bioinformatics courses for Elixir ITA, EMBL (Heidelberg) and DUKE-NUS (Singapore).
